2017 Year in Review
Youth For Change's culture includes a proactive process for continuous improvement.
Here are some of the highlights from 2017 demonstrating the effectiveness, efficiency, and access to our services.
We also survey our clients and stakeholders every year and have included highlights from those surveys as well. Youth For Change uses the information gathered to assist us in continually improving our performance and providing excellent service to the children, individuals, families, and communities we serve.

It's time for the 15th Annual Prom Project....
This event provides FREE Prom Dresses and suits for High School students who need assistance!
Prom is an important milestone in many Teens' lives. Financial hardships should not stand in the way of experiencing Prom.

Bubbles and Bling - A fundraising event hosted by Quota International and Purple Line Urban Winery
A wine tasting fundraiser to support Prom Project.
Join us for an evening of Wine, Music, Dancing, Hors d'oeuvres and raffles
This event is taking place on Saturday March 24th, 2018
The fun and festivities will be held at Purple Line Urban Winery 760 Stafford St. Oroville, Ca.

4th Annual Paradise Ridge Family Resource Fair
Ridge Strengthening Families Network presents the 4th annual Family
Resource Fair Resources and information from community agencies. Visit
from local services vehicles, entertainment, face painting, and
children's activities. Free
It will be held at the Paradise Alliance Church (6491 Clark Road) on
Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 10:00am to 2:00pm.

18th Annual Unity in Diversity Festival
Celebrating the diverse
cultures represented in Butte County
Saturday, September 16,
2017 from 3PM - 7PM
18th Annual Unity in Diversity Festival, co-sponsored by the Ridge
Coalition for Peace and Justice and the Paradise Community Guilds, will
be held at the Norton Buffalo Hall in Paradise on Saturday, September
16th from 3 to 7 pm. Admission
and food will be available for purchase, and there will be ample
opportunity to spend money on activities, crafts, and a silent auction.
All proceeds will benefit nonprofits RCPJ and PCG.

Families Rummage Sale in July!
Ridge friends, The Family Place is having a Rummage Sale on Friday,
July 28th from 9-2pm at 1007 Bille Road. If you have any gently used
items, please bring them by (we can even give you a tax receipt). Then
come back for the actual Rummage Sale. Thank you!

Spring Clean Fling!!
This was part of the Spring Clean Fling with the "Love Paradise project
is a picture of the wall that was painted at the Youth for Change
Family Place by the Love Paradise Project. Love Paradise had about
15-30 volunteers there throughout the day. They were incredible and
The "Love Paradise Project" works with non
profits, schools, and other local agencies. They do volunteer clean up
projects in Paradise. In 2016, they started to seek for more
sustainable movements beyond Make a Difference Day. They want
this movement to ("Love Your Neighbor") literally, they decided to take
action! One of the tangible results is this SPRING CLEAN
initiative which is committed to championing the efforts of those in
our Paradise neighborhoods and inspiring other cities to do the same.
