YFC offers a High Deductible Health plan with a Health Savings Account that is employer-funded, as well as a PPO Plan with competitive employee premiums.

We also offer a direct reimbursement dental plan. The plan offers a maximum reimbursement of $2000 per calendar year per individual.

Holidays
All regular full-time and part-time employees are eligible for holidays immediately upon hire. YFC offers 13 paid holidays.
Vacation
Full-time and part-time employees accrue vacation from their date of hire and can use vacation hours after 60 days of employment.

Full-time and part-time employees accrue paid sick leave from their date of hire and can use sick hours after 60 days of employment.
