Implementation Tools
Implementation transforms plans into actions that accomplish strategic objectives and goals. A lack of implementation tools is a frequently reported obstacle on the path to father and male involvement. The Strategies Center has developed or identified several implementation tools to address this gap and assist organizations to move their father and male involvement efforts from plans to effective action. Tools include:
Enhancing Organizational Father-Friendly Matrix (EOFF) – This tool provides suggestions in seven areas of organizational function to assess and build father-friendliness.
Father Involvement Action Plan – This action plan template helps practitioners set concrete goals, establish a timeline, and define their measure of progress.
